4 Aesthetic Books for your Bookshelf : My Honest Review

Why only Aesthetic in Pinterest ? when you can customise your Bookshelf with collection of pretty aesthetic books. Here's my  recommendation and honest review regarding some Aesthetics books i read.

1 Feminist Saints by Julia Pierpont  and Manjit Thapp

This book has collection of stories about 100 influential feminist  icons; consisting of  short, vivid and surprisingly stunning biography of secular female icons , who symbolises the strength and progress.

So, for me ,i think the book is pretty aesthetic and gorgeous. Starting from cover pages to each pages of the lessons included , the author introduced us with epic story/one-linear . you will know about those amazing women (Maya Angelou • Jane Austen • Ruby Bridges • Rachel Carson • Shirley Chisholm • Marie Curie & Irène Joliot Curie • Isadora Duncan • Amelia Earhart • Artemisia Gentileschi • Grace Hopper • Dolores Huerta • Frida Kahlo • Billie Jean King • Audre Lorde • Wilma Mankiller • Toni Morrison • Michelle Obama • Sandra Day O’Connor • Sally Ride • Eleanor Roosevelt • Margaret Sanger • Sappho • Nina Simone • Gloria Steinem • Kanno Sugako • Harriet Tubman • Mae West • Virginia Woolf • Malala Yousafzai ) but since the book is short ; you won't be knowing them deeply  it's more like superficial touch .
Indeed the illustration vibes with the minimal tone  is on point and if you're an artist, for sure the art will inspire you. It's perfect for a quick read with your coffee but not too worth it money as because the biography are superficial and for detail information about the path they paved you need to depend on the internet.

It could be an outstandingly inspiring book for Birthday gift to your female friend.

2. The Little Book of HYGGE by Meik Wiking

The book cover is the most beautiful think i ever saw in my life time; stunning, shining and purely aesthetic .

As the title points this book about the people of Denmark and why're so happy ( the happiness index of Denmark is highest) . In particular this book is limited to cultural and typographical origins of Denmark. But if you're an Indian may be this book will not influence your happiness as because the difference between India and Denmark is huge in regards of the fields mentioned by the author . But the presentation, pictures are eye -lusting to me or any readers

In nutshell this book will not change your life but can have  a deep view about lives of Denmark, about their people, their food , climate, daily huddles.  The book is perfectly worthy if you're curious to know about lives of different people on different part of the world as like a tourist guy .

3. Love for imperfection Things by Haemin Sunim

This work is pretty aesthetic and a perfect blend between content and aesthetic touch; the book will definitely teach you to be mindful, to appreciate small things ,how to understand the importance of small things, to be grateful , how to appreciate surrounding.

I'm a huge quote lover and this book is so so special to me because of it's quotation and one-linear that i can't express in words how grateful I'm that I choose this book to read . This book will definitely  impact you deeply to the core.

you should go for this book, even if you read one - two pages daily ,it will impact you deeply in positive manner.

4. Zen the art of simple living by Shunmyo Masuno

Again it's too aesthetic and pretty , every lesson filled with wisdom . The speciality is that it's written by a Zen Master itself .
Meaning of Zen - a Japanese Mahayana school of Buddhism emphasizes the value of meditation and intuition, rather than ritual worship or scripture research.

I read the book when i was mentally exhausted, stressed and trust me the connection i gained with this masterpiece is epic, on complete different level. . This work talks about lot of mediation, mindfulness, it's too calm and composed to read , perfect to calm down your nerves. You can apply those teaching in your own life .

For me it's not only a Aesthetic book but like a holy, spiritual book to me and so much more. pictures are soothing, teachings are great, quotation are worthy, You should 100% go for it.
